De-risking your project
Getting involved as early as the land buying stage to ensure your property falls within the Zoning requirements that permit your desired size and type of home. Making sure the site in question avoids unexpected city requirements and extra permits, which may elongate the process. This service is invaluable, as it leads to saving months of permitting and/or construction time by choosing the most suitable property for the project.

Full-cycle design
Starting from the Schematic Design stage we provide multiple design options for plans and facades. The latest software is used in order to plan and create the building as a 3-dimensional model, allowing the client to be involved and see the final product right from the start. Terentii Studio also provides photo-realistic renderings of the facades and interior spaces in order to solidify our clients’ vision.

Planning and permits
Conducting the initial Neighbourhood Research and Zoning Analysis at the beginning of each project, leading to a smooth transition into Committee of Adjustment and Building Permit stages. Depending on the location, other steps such as Site Alteration Permit, Conservation Authority Approval, Tree Preservation, and other required permits are obtained by our team in an organized and timely manner.

Design and construction go hand in hand — Terentii Studio partners with some of the best Greater Toronto Area developers in order to bring the design to life. We ensure the proper certification and involvement of high quality trades to achieve exceptional construction quality.
